Bio

I grew up in Chicago, surrounded by a family of creative and stylish men and women. It’s in my blood. After earning a degree in Fashion Illustration, I spent 30 plus years establishing a career in advertising and graphic design while continuing to illustrate fashion mostly for my own enjoyment. Eventually it became an online business. I sell fashion prints, note cards, t-shirts and now, jigsaw puzzles. I write a little bit on the side too. Life is sweet and I just want to share. And earn a living too while doing it.
Fab-u-lous!
Amazing!!! You’re one cool lady!
Thanks ladies!
Love the bio! I found your site via a comment on Mediabistro’s FB page. Glad you got away from those harsh winters!
Thanks Alisha. The winters in Ga. are getting a bit more brutal these days, tho’. Earlier this week there was an icicle hanging from my rooftop for 2 whole days!! brrrr…..
Edwina,
We miss you in Chi town but glad to be connected to you in Atlanta. I love your blog. I’ll add you to my blogroll so I don’t miss a post!

Hi Edwina –
This is the first time i clicked through to your link from FB. Very impressive my dear! You’ve accomplished quite a bit since our days together at good old Harper High. Congratulations and best wishes on your new endeavor.

again, great site!
Thank you Sam. I’m really no longer up on the happenings in Chicago but I understand that things are really popping in Bronzeville these days. Restaurants, boutiques, nightlife. all of that. When I lived in Chicago, you wouldn’t ride down the streets of this area for fear of your life and now, well, it’s a brand new day.
I just subscribed to your blog too! It’s so festive and colorful with great diversity, which is missing on so many others. Kudos! And enjoy Chicago. It’s a beautiful city.
