Cascade Heights Wine Club

The Cascade Heights Wine Club president had very strong ideas about the graphic for their first group t-shirt. It had to work for both men and women. And he didn’t want bright colors. “We’re not children,” he said, taking a puff from his Bent Apple smoking pipe. “But don’t be humdrum and boring either. Keep it on the elegant side.”

I created three designs for him. This was the first one I presented. He liked it right off the bat and wasn’t interested in seeing any of the other ideas I had. That’s how much he liked this one. A decisive customer can be such a blessing. His only regret? That we didn’t make black shirts, too. But we will.
